Session 7

Pary Level 3

The party is in Sirynlya, spending a few more days in the outpost while they wait for better weather at sea. Helene receives a dream-vision from her patron Xalicas, angel of Corellon. She directs her to seek an ancient moon-dial, and to save the wildlings from the attacks of a killer white moose.

The PCs travel through the frozen tundra, and have a chance encounter with three white dragon wyrmlings. They kill two of them, but the third one escapes. A few days after, they arrive at a wildling village. There they learn more about the white moose and its attacks on the wildlings, but also about the wyrmlings they killed. It's very probable they killed the brood of Gellidon, a terrifying white dragon making his lair in Eieselcross. The wildlings warn the party to not display the skins of the white wyrmlings openly, lest they incur on Gellidon's revenge.

After having rested at the village for awhile, the PCs continue their travels, and eventually arrive at the ruins of the ancient elven moon-dial. They explore the place, and discover that the white moose is using it as its lair. They kill the moose, but someone else is hiding in one of the crypts of the moon-dial. An evil druid, apparently out of her mind, attacks the PCs, after gloating about having awakened several beasts to bring ruin to civilization. The party is forced to dispose of her, as diplomacy is out of the question.

With this last threat gone, the PCs inspect the content of a sarcophagus, and inside find a magical scale armor, and ancient artifact of great power once worn by Xalicas herself. Clearly meant of Helene, the shifter dons the armor. Their task completed, the party leaves the site.
